Mom's 76th Birthday!!

Doesn't she look young and spry!! Some of us celebrated Mom's birthday the Saturday before. She proudly turned 76 on April 28th! Kim also picked Mom up on her birthday and took her out to lunch and bought her a new spring jacket. Harry was planing to go the week after to visit. So we spread out the celebration.
Kim and Chester and the kids got her the pink tulips... pink is her absolutely favorite color! Elaine and I printed out this picture and pictures with each of her two cakes and Elaine saved a piece of cake so they could eat it for supper on her birthday!

Joy K. made the teddy bear cake. Kim made the Whipped Cream and Blueberry cake. So we ate Kim's cake for lunch. Later Beth's kids were over so we had the teddy bear cake in the evening. Mom was more than happy to have two cakes!!!!

It was such a nice day the Saturday before Mom's birthday-- we had a picnic on the back porch!
